Make sure that you have the latest patch update Sims 4. (The last update of the CAS The Sims 4 mine: 1.38.49.1020 version of OS Windows). I'm using The Sims 4 with all versions of the EP, SP, and the latest GP. (Recently I put Laundry Day Stuff).
