Make sure that you have the latest patch update Sims 4. (The last update of the CAS The Sims 4 mine: 1.37.35.1010 version of OS Windows). I'm using The Sims 4 with all versions of the EP, SP, and the latest GP. (Recently I put Cats & Dogs).
